The firm was formed by Morgan Frazer and Paul Waite in May 1989, and was initially set up due to the large demand for accountants who had commercial experience and could apply that knowledge to practical situations. Many friends and colleagues had approached us prior to formation and had promised to employ our services, and true to their word they have remained friends and clients ever since.
With the advancement of Computer Technology, we at FWD have thrust ourselves into the "21st Century", and have automated the production of most aspects of our work, these include:

• Accounts production - using accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Income Tax Returns - Individuals, Partnerships and Corporate Returns, this has been set-up to facilitate filing by electronic lodgement (ELS) from Summer 2000.
• Client database, streamlining filing deadlines and enabling the issue of reminders in advance of the various penalty notices.
• E-mail enables clients to send information on line for processing by the firm.
• Website - to provide useful information about the people that work within the firm, together with other financial data, such as tax tables and rates. This also includes details of the services that are provided by the firm.
