At the age of 35 joined a medium sized construction services company as Group Financial Director. During this period restructured the financial structure of the Group and was instrumental with the successful integration of Venture Capital Investment Funds to allow for the projected growth of the Group.

Experience gained in previous positions pooled with that of the considerable skills of joint Partner has led to the successful establishment of Frazer Waite Desmier.

Involved in the servicing of the financial requirements of the Practice's largest single customer. Work for this Group of companies has involved the compilation of 'Due Diligence' data prior to floatation, establishment of offshore accounting offices and taxation strategies in countries such as China, Indonesia and Taiwan.
